What can moss teach us about the way we live?

Keito is a third-year student at Chuo University whose life between two cultures led him to question common ideas of strength, resilience, and self-worth. Through the quiet role moss plays in sustaining entire ecosystems, he explores why the people who hold families, friendships, and communities together often go unnoticed—and why constantly supporting others can come at the cost of our own growth.

Blending personal experience with reflections on identity, empathy, and human connection, his talk invites us to see the invisible foundations of our lives, and to imagine a future where growth is shared by everyone.
